2025 Offering

The Company is offering up to $10,000,010 worth of common stock of the Company, pursuant to a confidential private placement memorandum. The first $2,000,000 in shares are being offered at $15.00 per share. The remaining shares will be offered at $16.00 per share. A minimum investment of $25,000 worth of shares is required, unless waived in the sole discretion of the Company. This offering will expire June 29, 2025.
