The Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of the commercial property located at 5192 51st Avenue South in Fargo, ND. EagleRidge already owned half of the building and this acquisition makes EagleRidge the sole owner of the property.  The 14,400-square-foot building is currently occupied by Fusion Electric and Nodak Insurance Company. The acquisition was completed on October 16, 2025.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has acquired The Nest Apartments!  The Nest consists of 2 new upscale apartment buildings located near West Acres Mall and I-29 in Fargo, ND.  The acquisition of The Nest was effective December 5, 2025.  We believe this acquisition will give EagleRidge the opportunity to expand our client base and living options in the workforce housing sector.
