EagleRidge Realty Trust Acquires The Nest Apartments

The Company is pleased to announce that it has acquired The Nest Apartments!  The Nest consists of 2 new upscale apartment buildings located near West Acres Mall and I-29 in Fargo, ND.  The acquisition of The Nest was effective December 5, 2025.  We believe this acquisition will give EagleRidge the opportunity to expand our client base and living options in the workforce housing sector.
